Grand Elk Railroad (GDLK) would like to advise you of a Fuel Surcharge we will be implementing effective the start-up date of March 9, 2009.
We are basing the fuel surcharge on the prior period’s monthly average price of Retail On-Highway Diesel Fuel as reported by the US Department of Energy . This surcharge will be adjusted on a monthly basis.
