Watco Companies acquisition of the Timber Rock Railroad (TIBR) began in 1998, with additions in 2002 and 2004.

The 160 miles of mainline track serves, among others, Watco’s founding operation, an industrial switching operation in DeRidder, LA. Traffic interchanges with the BNSF at Tenaha and Silsbee, TX; and with the KCS at Deridder, LA.

The TIBR will carry more than 26,000 carloads annually, with forest products and rock making up the majority of the loads.

As with all Watco Railroads, the TIBR prides itself on providing fast, efficient and effective service.

For efficiency and ease in disputing any and all customer invoicing, please send documentation to TIBRdisputes.
