Car Reports & Records:
Our computer system enables us to maintain complete car history records (received on a monthly basis from both the AAR and specific railroads) for immediate access. Our reports include:

• Fleet Master Car List is an overview of accumulated mileage, maintenance costs, and equivalent cents per mile.
• Annual Cost-Per-Mile Analysis indicates total accumulated mileage by individual car and train. It also equates maintenance costs to a cents-per-mile basis for both car and train.
• Repair History Report profiles each car's repair records and includes a running total.
• Car Hire History Report (for railroad-owned cars) lists car hire earned per car/railroad for any specified time period.
• Car Movement Records provide from/to railroad, date, time and junction location.
• Mileage History Report (for privately-owned cars) breaks out loaded and empty miles for each car, on both a monthly basis and a running total.
• Mileage vs. Component Wear Analysis tracks the replacement of critical car components. When parts are being replaced short of expected life, the facts can be investigated.
• Component Over Forecast Report lists the critical components that will exceed anticipated mileage life to provide "red flags" for probable replacement in the near future. This is useful in anticipating replacements for budget purposes.

Car Accounting:
Payment of car hire/mileage earnings can be directed to us through the Equipment Register. We will use these monies to pay repair bills, reclaims, miscellaneous invoices, etc. and forward the balance to the car owner on a monthly basis.

Auditing of Car Hire Earnings:
By combining and comparing information from car hire records and car movement records, we can establish discrepancies and pursue payment via car hire claims.

Auditing/Payment of AAR Billing:
The Railway Equipment Register can direct repair bills for work performed to us. We will audit them for accuracy and appropriateness and will pursue any corrections on our customers behalf. If desired, we will pay these bills from car hire/mileage earnings.

Inspection Services:
Experienced personnel can be made available on request for specific services to include:  new car inspection; used rail car acquisition; used rail car acquisition; component performance analysis; and more.

Intermediary with Railroad:
When a railroad wrecks or damages cars in our managed fleets, we will interface with the carrier involved. Upon request, we will establish depreciated value and recommend if repairing the car would be economically feasible or not. We will also prepare and submit all necessary documents.

Inventory Planning & Management:
By planning and maintaining inventories of materials, critical car components and specialized parts, we minimize out-of-service time for your fleet.
