Alan Elliott appointed to VP of Customer Support and Billing Services
Watco Transportation is pleased to announce an appointment that will enable our company to continue to grow and improve with our goal of "Profitable Customer Satisfaction".
Alan Elliott, Pittsburg, KS has accepted the position of Vice President of Customer Support and Billing Services for our railroads. In this position, Alan will be working directly with each of our railroad profit center's general managers and customer service and billing centers. Alan has been with Watco Companies for four years and most recently has been Vice President of Marketing Services. Alan has over 21 years of railroad marketing and customer service experience. This position will allow us to focus on continuing our emphasis on profitable customer service and Alan will be headquartered in Pittsburg.
