This will allow you to see when cars were interchanged from or to our connections, date and time placed at your facility, and the history of the car while on our railroad to provide you with additional information for planning purposes and quality customer satisfaction.
If you are interested in this new service, please visit our website at www.watcocompanies.com, click on Car Tracing and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to complete a simple form to be submitted to supply you with a username and password to access our system. This verification process will ensure only active rail shippers have access to the car tracing records.
