Leadership changes announced for Watco Companies, Inc.
PITTSBURG—(March 19, 2003)—Four
senior management changes were announced Tuesday by Watco Companies President
and CEO Rick Webb. Webb said these changes are part of the continuing process
to improve and grow the company.
“Our continued focus is to improve customer satisfaction, improve
profitability and do both for the long term. In that is the expectation that we
continually improve by placing our employees where they can help our customers
the most,” Webb said.
The four management changes are:
ü
Randy Bennett, Executive Vice President Switching Services will
report directly to the CEO.
ü
All operations in Jacksonville, FL, will report directly to Wayne
Sigley, COO Mechanical Services.
ü
Warehousing operations in Pittsburg, KS, will report to Brad Snow,
Property Manager in the Support Service Division.
ü
All mechanical operations in Pittsburg and Coffeyville, KS, will
continue to report to Dick Webb, Founder and Chairman.
As we continue to
improve as a company we will be calling on individuals to assume additional
responsibilities, while allowing others to focus their energy on specific profit
centers.
