State	Reportable Quantities
Alabama	Report all spills that do or may reach water
Arkansas	Report spills that do or may reach waters of state.
Florida	Report all spills of 15 gallons or more
Colorado	Report spills that do or may reach waters of state.
Idaho	Report spills of 25 gallons or more or any amount into waters of the state.
Georgia	Report all spills over 25 gallons
Kansas	Report spills into waters of state or which cause pollution to soil.
Louisiana	Report oil spills of 1 barrel (42 gallons) or more. Report a hazardous material spills of any quantity.
Missouri	Report spills of 50 gallons, or any amount that could reach a waterway.
Oklahoma	Report spills into environment or waters of state.
Oregon	Report spills into waters of state or over 42 gallons on land.
Texas	Report any spills into the environment.
Washington	Report spills that may enter waters of state.
