ABOUT

The Pittsburg, Kansas, terminal is a rail warehouse/transload terminal served by Watco’s South Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad (SKOL). The terminal features two railcar spots and has access to three Class I carriers; the BNSF, KCS, and UP. Access is also available to the SKOL’s sister short lines, the Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad and the Stillwater Central Railroad with connectivity to the Port of Catoosa and Watco’s Catoosa Terminal.

The strategic central location handles commodities including lumber, steel, palletized products, and crates. Services offered include warehousing, crossdocking, trucking, and inventory control. This location also provides distribution services. The terminal offers 85,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and operates a fleet of flatbed trucks and van trailers for inbound and outbound handling of storage needs.

Equipment available at the facility includes two overhead cranes with a 10 ton capacity and forklifts with up to a 16,000 lb., capacity.
